• the data shows the true work of a professional learning community where we should increase every year no matter the kids … because we become more clear on what we want them to learn, we become better and building common assessments that match the essential learnings, and we become more united as a staff on providing systems of interventions for all kids

• providing more common planning time in the instructional day has helped teams to become real clear on the critical questions
• reallocation of teaching assistance has become an important step in our pyramid of interventions

Use of common assessments every quarter has been critical in monitoring growth.

Reading intervention program, reallocation of teaching assistance, accelerated Math groups in 3rd-5th grades, increase parent participation

3. Building the capacity of teachers to work as members of high performing collaborative teams who focus the efforts of their team on improved learning for students.

Ensuring every PLC is represented on the building leadership team, vertical articulation after every staff development day, ensuring every instructional staff member is on a horizontal and vertical PLC

• 1st year Stanton Elementary has been in the Top Five in the Rockwood School District in Achievement on the MAP  (out of 19 elementary schools)
• Rockwood had 21 elementary, middle, and high schools on the Top Ten list in the State of Missouri last year – high performing District
