Do I need permission to reprint the resources on this site for use in my school or district?

AllThingsPLC is intended to be a resource for educators and we encourage you to make use of the Tools and Resources page.  The use of resources on this page is subject only to a few restrictions:

  1. They may not be sold or included in publications that are sold.
  2. Each resource must continue to bear any copyright information found on the original version.

This applies to all print resources found on that page, even those not marked reproducible.  In other words, they all may be downloaded, printed, copied, and distributed within your school.

I am inquiring about your copyright rules.  Sample Corporation would like to link to your website and possibly embed certain resources.  My concern is that the copyright rules state that these resources are not for commercial use and that the materials can be used for a single user only with written permission.

The materials on AllThingsPLC.info are intended for non-commercial, individual use, and as such we do not grant permission for their use on any corporation’s website.

One Response to “Frequently Asked Questions”

  1. Ken says:

I am a principal in a large school district. There are five high schools who have quite different demographics. A few schools are diverse and consist of middle to low social economic classes. A couple schools are predominately white and students come from middle to upper social economic classes. Would you recommend that the entire district create PLCs for common content areas that involve teachers who are not singletons? An example: each school (5) has a business department that consists of 2 or 3 members. The direction from the district is for the business departments to form a district PLC. Is this recommended or would it be more effective if each school form their own school PLC?

What is your recommendation for the minimum number of members that make up a team?

I hope you will be able to provide me feedback in this area. I am frustrated!
